Join us January 23, 2014 Pittsburgh Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame event. I am honored to have my Pittsburgh Skyline art on the posters, tickets and a couple other items, you'll have to be there to see! One is a piece incorporating my art in a way that has never been done before! Many one-of-a-kind rock and roll items up for auction at our event. I donated this giclee print, this is the ONLY print that exists Edition one of one! Guitarists Times 3 - with Keith Richards, Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck. The original painting is a private collection.

NEW painting: Richard G. Heyl 1920-1944. This is an American & Pittsburgh story that needs a footnote in history. Richard did not make it to age 24, the best way I can depict this is in a painting! Rich was in the US Army stationed in England during WWll with the 507th replacement group. Just a regular army corporal who drove an ambulance. On a Sunday afternoon bus trip, Rich and Army buddy decided to take some British orphans out for a picnic. The bus was strafed by a Nazi plane which caused the bus to roll over an embankment. Rich cradled a child, the child survived, but Rich was killed. This occurred in Burbage, England October 22, 1944. he was my UNCLE, my HERO I never met! Johno
